BASILDON Council is reminding residents to sign up to its Compost Giveaway Prize Draw.
For the third consecutive year the council is giving green-fingered residents the chance to win two free bags of compost.
Those interested are encouraged to register their interest to be entered into the prize draw, which will be randomly selected, and then invited to collect their two free bags of compost.
Residents who would like to register their interest must email recycling@basildon.gov.uk with their name and full address (including postcode) by 5pm on Friday 18 May.
To register by post write to the Recycling Team, Barleylands Depot, Barleylands Road, Billericay, Essex, CM11 2UF.
